Claire read law at the National University of Singapore and graduated in 2012. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2013. Her areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and other general solicitor’s work.

Claire represented Straits Law in the 2013/2014 edition of the Essex Court Chambers-SAL Mooting Competition. The competition is organised to provide an opportunity for young lawyers to showcase their advocacy skills. Claire reached the semi-finals of the competition, losing to the eventual winners of the competition.

Claire assisted in a major international arbitration and successfully represented a large investment holding company in Myanmar in a dispute worth more than US$200 million.

Another case which Claire assisted in is Lin Choo Mee v. Tat Leong Development (Pte) Ltd and Ors [2015] SGHC 99. Our client successfully obtained a winding up order to wind up three family-owned companies.
