Lim Lay Choo Jennifer
Jennifer graduated from the University of East Anglia, UK in 1990 and went on to be called as an Utter Barrister (Lincoln’s Inn) at the Bar for England and Wales in 1991. She was called to the Singapore Bar on 13 January 1993. She also served 3 years in the Singapore Police Force (SPF) from 1985 to 1988. She is able to communicate comfortably in English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese, and Teochew and to a certain degree, sign language. She has successfully represented various deaf/mute clients in matters involving criminal, matrimonial, conveyancing and probate law.
Jennifer is dynamic and full of energy. Besides juggling a hectic legal career and a young family with teenage twins, she is also very active in various grassroots organisations. She serves as legal advisor in various merchants’ associations, trade associations, sports clubs, medical institutions, temples, charitable institutions, etc.
